Analysing local MER - SP-SC alignment

This post looks at the data visualisation tool explored in the previous post to analyse some of the features of the alignment between local MER programs and the SP-SC framework. This analysis is by no means exhaustive but points out some of the most outstanding features of these relationships (that occur to us at least).

For a few months now, we have been exploring ways of visualising the alignment between local monitoring and evaluation programs with the strong people strong country framework. Because This is a key outcome of the project, selecting and developing an appropriate tool has been a priority.
