Business Development and Mentoring
Along with the provision of business information management systems, ESS assists emerging businesses to develop and implement the processes and protocols that are needed to sustain good practice. This includes assisting clients to create business plans and rules, define staff roles and responsibilities, develop and deliver marketing strategies and tools, articulate key growth and operational targets, and identify where capacity needs to be built to achieve these targets.
ESS also provides ongoing business mentoring for those once these processes and protocols are in place. This provides our clients with reassurance that the necessary and specialist business support will be provided as it is required.
